These inspections, requiring tanks to be taken offline, assess structural integrity, detect leaks, corrosion, and potential environmental hazards. Key areas such as tank shells, roofs, piping, and appurtenances are examined using various NDE techniques.

Ultrasonic testing measures corrosion rates, while Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) is APEX INTEGRITY INSPECTIONS' preferred method for inspecting tank bottoms.

Our inspectors use MFL equipment for fast, accurate detection of tank issues. Welds are examined using vacuum box, magnetic particle, and penetrant testing, which also identifies cracks and holes in metal plates. These inspections, aligned with API 653 standards, assess mechanical integrity and corrosion rates. Based on findings, we implement measures to reduce failure risks and ensure safe, reliable tank operation.
